"To be always what I am - and so changed from what I was.” - Samuel Beckett
The curtain eventually drops on every play, the credits role and at some point the Mona Lee Fultz persona will release her mortal form and exit stage right. This energetic relocation will hopefully result in an even more vibrant and satisfying life and billing on the Cosmic Network.
In consulting with friends and professionals about this site, I’ve heard, “Don’t put clips and pictures on it of when you were so young. People will see how much you’ve aged!” They verbalized my own personal horror. When I crossed into my 60’s there’s a new surprise every time I look in the mirror. How in the heck did that wrinkle or waddle happen over night?
The headshots below illustrate the prime years and then this mortal form goes downhill as a way of demonstrating the process of change, impermanence and eventual transition of the Mona body. There’s a lot of hair color changes and weight fluctuation captured by talented photographers.
Sitting for King Douglas in the 70's was always an emotional experience. I would cry when I saw his pictures. I was so grateful that he got me.
Jeff Cannon in the 80’s had a very Zen style. Sitting with him meant getting really quiet and focused on what you wanted to come across in the picture. He really worked with actors to bring life into their eyes.
Gorgeous, Italian, Stefano Fabrizio always makes me feel at ease and pretty. He’s an angel and so generous with his time and talent.
Kathy Whittaker goes for the eyes. She lights a face like a true artist.
Headshot photographers have enabled Texas actors to continuously evolve, stay competitive with LA, and to strive upwards. They’ve held the space of what could be. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to Texas headshot photographers!

Audition Tape Stills
This group of photos are lifted out of audition tape submissions. If you are an actor, grabbing screen shots is an inexpensive way of sharing more images of yourself on your own actor site, IMDB, Casting Networks, Actors Access, and your talent agent's website. Paul Galvan and OC Essam are the videographers I use for my taped audition requests.
